Welcome to Band at Vernon Middle School
We are excited to welcome new students to our band program at Vernon Middle School. We are incredibly proud of the amazing music programs at our school. Fourth graders learn about band and preview the instruments during the month of May, when Mrs. Adams and Mrs. Waymire visit FMI and start the enrollment process. The information below is helpful to any families new to our band program. We have many great music stores in our area. West Music is a great source for instrument rentals. Visit their website by clicking the yellow button for more information about setting up an instrument rental.
MISD has bass clarinets, baritones and tubas available for rental. Contact Mrs. Adams for more information or to arrange to rent a school-owned instrument.
