Paying for Retiree Premiums

MSD Retiree's have two options to pay for monthly Insurance Premiums.

  1. Arrange for a Pension Deduction from the Retirement System you are affiliated with to be sent directly to MSD.

  • NHRS - to arrange for an annuity deduction to be taken from your pension with the NHRS please complete the Annuity Deduction Authorization Form and submit it directly to the MSD Benefits Coordinator for processing with the NHRS. This form will need to be sent to MSD and not the NHRS. MSD will process the form and expect to receive the premium payment for you each month directly from the NHRS. This is the easiest method of payment for you if you are affiliated with the NHRS.

  • MECRS - to arrange for a pension deduction please contact the City Retirement office at 603-624-6506. The City Retirement office will send over the information to the MSD Benefits Coordinator, making the District aware of the pension deduction for any given retiree who arranges this with them. The City Retirement office will send over the payments monthly to the District. This is the easiest method of payment for you if you are affiliated with the MECRS.

  1. Submit payment each month directly to the District.

  • This direct pay method is the same for all Retirees. Coupons will be printed and mailed to your home to be sent in with a check for payment each month. The District does not accept Credit Cards or take electronic payments of any kind at this time.
