All incoming freshman athletes, 11th graders (as well as any athlete that has not played sports before in high school in Manchester)

must complete concussion testing provided by Safe Sports.

Voluntary Student Insurance is for students who don't have their own coverage. For students who do have other insurance, student insurance can help fill gaps in coverage.

The Student Accident Insurance Plan for 2022-2023 is available online. The brochure below contains the enrollment form and instructions for completion and submission.
