To access your voice mail, press the messages button on your phone. (The messages button looks like an envelope.) If your phone does not have a voice mail button, call extension 7500.
The voice mail system will prompt you to setup your voice mail greetings. If you are sharing a phone, you will need to press the line button for your extension before pressing the voice mail button. You can find the line button here on the smaller phones. Your default pin is 12345. You will be prompted to change your pin after setting up your voice mail.
You will notice that people will only have a single extension regardless of how many locations they work. For example, Jody Ackley has an office at many of the sites. However, Jody only has a single phone extension. If you call her extension (x4776), all of her phones will ring across the district. This should make it easier to each people.
To make an internal call, simply pick up the phone and dial the last four digits of their phone number. For example, Joan Kellner's phone number will be (920) 686-4777. To contact her you will need to dial 4777.
To make an external call, pick up your phone and press ‘8’. The dial tone will change in pitch. Then, dial the external phone number.
Change Your Voice Mail Name
You can change the outgoing voice mail name by following these steps:
Press the voice mail button on your phone. When the automated message starts, press the * key. The system will prompt you for your id.
Enter your extension for the id and press the # key. The system will prompt you for your pin.
Enter your pin and press the # key.
Press 4 for setup options
Press 3 for preferences
Press 2 for recorded name
