Task 4

Learning Outcome: By the end of this task you will have completed a drawing in ink pen. You will demonstrate an understanding of using parallel line, observational drawing, tone, texture, and contrast using a range of mark making.

This work will be completed on wet strength paper. It can be up to A4 size but no larger.

First research an image that relates to your overall theme and direction you wish to take you folio.

The image should still be of the outside of a building, but you may focus more on one aspect of it if you wish.

Select and write down what conventions you will be using in your drawing.
