Welcome to my teacher page. My name is Mrs. Seaton. I have been with the Oil City Area School District since the 2006-2007 school year. I currently work at the Hasson Height Elementary School, where I am a reading intervention teacher, elementary librarian, and work with the elementary gifted program.
