You can drag-and-drop messages to folders, singly, or in groups.
Note: We have been experiencing inconsistent results in different browsers. If you are not successful with this operation in Internet Explorer or Firefox, try the other browser. Switching browsers usually has good results.
Single messages: Click anywhere on the message entry in your mailbox to highlight the message. Then hold down the left mouse button and drag to the folder. You’ll see a green checkmark under your cursor when you have positioned it correctly. Then just let go of the mouse button and you’ve moved the message.
Important! Make sure that you drag to the folder name. If you move just a little further to the folder icon, the action doesn’t work. The graphic illustrates the way to do it - you need to see that green check mark to know you've done it right!
Tip: If you are dragging to a folder in your Cabinet, you don’t have to open the Cabinet before you drag. Just drag over the Cabinet (and wait for a few seconds) to open it automatically so that you can drop the message on any of the folders inside.
