Important dates - Fall 2019

This is a full semester, online course with two mandatory course meetings for the Midterm Exam and the Food Safety Manager Certification Exam. The semester begins on September 3, 2019. Lecture material is accessed online. If you have never taken an online course and would like help getting started, please attend a voluntary orientation in SW 14 at 11:00 am on September 7.

Midterm Exam: November 1, 2019 at 11:00 am in SW 14

Food Safety Manager Exam: December 13, 2019 at 11:00 am in SW14

Online Course Readiness

Access the Course

CCSF uses an online course management system called CANVAS. This is where you will login to the course to access course content. You will need a RAM ID to log in to Canvas. Claim your RAM ID and/or login to Canvas. If you are unable to login after following those instructions, then you can visit the CCSF Online Course Support Center for help.
