If you're a CIty College of San Francisco Noncredit Curriculum Committee member, you can become a writer/editor on this website. It's as easy as 1-2-3.
1. Find your Web4 email address ending in "@mail.ccsf.edu." and your password. Every student at CCSF has an email that ends in this address, but faculty members can get one by request.
Once you have your address ending in @mail.ccsf.edu, you can proceed to step 2.
If you want to forward your CCSFmail emails to another email account, you need to set that up. See these instructions.
If you want to forward your Groupwise email to your new CCSFmail account, follow these instructions.
Questions? Faculty follow different guidelines for access than students and should look at the CCSF Google Mail FAQ.
2. Once you have the correct address, email the administrator of the website at email@example.com. In your email simply write "request access" and be sure to include the email address ending in @mail.ccsf.edu.
3. After you've received a notice by email that you have been added as a writer/editor, you can press the blue "sign in" link located at the bottom of every page of the wiki. Use your college account ending in "@mail.ccsf.edu" to log in. Google assigns an initial password but this can be changed. If you have access, the "create page" and "edit page" buttons should appear at the top of your screen.
