The City College of San Francisco has long provided the diverse communities of the city with innovative educational program. We offer the Honors Program to better serve high potential, high achieving students in San Francisco.

CCSF is one of the largest community colleges in the United States. Its size means that you, as a student, have many fields of study available to you, and courses are offered in depth. As CCSF is located in an international city, the faculty is very diverse, and many points of view and backgrounds are represented. Faculty are often recognized experts in their fields, with over 150 of them holding doctorates. CCSF draws many students planning to continue at various universities: CCSF has a high transfer rate to institutions such as the UC-Berkeley, UC-Davis, UC-Santa Cruz, San Francisco State University, and UCLA.
