Ginny Miller-Bowen teaching drawing
"Reemergence" by Ginny Miller-Bowen, Oil, Wax, Graphite, & Collage on Board
Hello, I'm Ginny Miller-Bowen.  I have been teaching Art for over 12 years at various community
colleges in the Bay Area.  This coming semester, I'll be teaching a hybrid Basic Drawing class at the Mission Campus.
It meets once a week on Monday nights, and the rest is online.

I have taught everything from Basic, Expressive and Figure Drawing,
Watercolor, 2D, and 3D Design, Color, and Painting, as well as Gallery Design and Management.  Most of my
classes are Hybrid or Tech-Enhanced, with access to course material and resources online through CANVAS

I am a mixed media artist and have exhibited my work locally and nationally for over 20 years,
and received notable awards for studio achievement. My teaching style is very interactive and hands-on, with a focus on skills, materials and techniques and also expressive choices. I look forward to meeting you in one of my classes.
