For my 5th and 6th Grade classes are due on the first Wednesday of each month now. The new form for completion is at the bottom of this page. The event should be within the past 2 weeks . try to avoid too much death and destruction. Events can be found on many websites, the news paper, magazines, and television.

Service Learning forms for service learning are found at the bottom of this page and are due the Monday before the end of each quarter
Extra Credit
If your child has a special interest on a topic related to our current studies extra credit is a great way to learn a bit more and get a reward for the extra effort.
In addition I will post topics that have come up in the class discussions that are appropriate for research.
Extra Credit papers shall be a minimum of 1 page typed and double spaced, shall have 2 pictures and will cite at least two sources of information. Up to 10 points will be given for these papers.
Other types of presentations will also be considered such as Models, Slide shows, and Power Point presentations
