Membership Dues

(Do NOT include Insurance amount in this payment... pay separately using the box to the right...)

Associate Club (minimum of 5 members): $2.40 per member, minimum of $31.50
Business Sponsor: $300
Not-For-Profit (Charity) Supporter: $31.50
Individual Supporter: $5
 
1.) First, choose your 'Membership Type' from the drop-down list and then enter your club, business, charity or personal name in the 'Club Name' box. If applicable, enter the number of members in your club;

2.) Click the yellow 'Pay Dues' button;
 
3.) When the PayPal screen opens,enter your club's required dues amount in the 'Price per item' field, then click the 'Continue' button below that;
 
4.) Follow the remaining instructions on the PayPal screens to complete payment of your dues. You will be returned to this page when done so you can then also pay your Insurance Premium below (if applicable). 

Insurance Payment

(Optional, only if you are applying for club insurance...)

1.) Enter your club, business, charity or personal name in the Club Name box, then click the yellow Pay Insurance button below and follow the remaining instructions on the PayPal screen to complete payment of your insurance premium. You will be returned to the Membership page when complete.
