Bios of the Instructional Technology Team
Kyle Pace, Director of Instructional Technology, began his career in 2000 as an elementary school teacher. Kyle first came to Lee's Summit as an instructional technology specialist from 2004-2016, then served as Director of Technology in the Grain Valley School District before returning to LSR7 in July 2020. Kyle holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from UMKC and a Masters in Educational Technology from Lesley University.
Korie Boenker, Instructional Technology Specialist, taught in the elementary classroom for 22 years. Korie has been an Instructional Technology Specialist in the LSR7 School District since 2019.
Jon Courtney, Instructional Technology Specialist, taught social studies at Bernard Campbell Middle School for 7 years. He has been with the LSR7 School District since 2009 and is a 2014 Excellence in Teaching award recipient. Jon earned a BA in History and a MA in Education from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. He is currently a Google Certified teacher. Jon has been an Instructional Technology Specialist in the LSR7 School District since 2016.
Jeff Nevinski, Instructional Technology Specialist, taught High School Mathematics for 11 years most recently at Lee's Summit West High School. He earned his BS in both Mathematics and Computer Science as well as his MA in Education from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. Continuing his educational pursuits, Jeff is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership through Baker University. Jeff is currently a Google and Apple Certified teacher. Jeff has been an Instructional Technology Specialist in the LSR7 School District since 2016.
