Summer Conditioning:

Meet at the LSHS Track 7-8:30am

June: Mon-Thurs

July: Mon - Fri

Wednesdays @ Hartman Park (Rock Island Trail)

Check Calendar for specific start dates and off weeks

Incoming 7th and 8th graders may join us Mondays and Wednesdays
