Mission Statement
The mission of Friends of Leicester Middle School is to bring Leicester Middle School from a good school to a great school.

The goals of Friends of Leicester Middle School are to strengthen communication among the faculty and staff, students, parents, and community members and provide support by raising funds for students' educational and recreational needs.

New Members Needed

We are always looking for new members. We meet monthly or every other month, depending on what is happening. We also ask for volunteers from time to time to help out with school events. Being a member is not a huge time commitment. We try to get different people to help so that the bulk of the work does not fall on a few people. Please consider joining.


Goals for 2019-2020


 Students:
  • Conduct annual fundraiser to provide scholarships for student field trips.
  • Sponsor two dodgeball fun nights for students.
  • Sponsor special movie night for this year’s original film production.
  • Provide candy and gum for MCAS testing.
Teachers
  • Sponsor Mini-Grant Program if funds are available
  • Sponsor teacher appreciation luncheons.
 Parents
  • Stay tuned!
Community
  • Become involved in the Middle School Building Project by getting the word out to the town.
