Test Correction Procedures and Form
I do understand that sometimes your test scores are not what you expect them to be, even if you study! I am giving you the option to earn back some of your points but you must work for it. I have attached a link to a test correction form at the bottom of this page and if you want to make test corrections you must follow the process below. You will earn 1/2 a point back for each question that you CORRECTLY and COMPLETELY fix.
1. Print the correction form out on your own
2. Plan a time to come in during lunch WITHIN a WEEK of the original test date and make your corrections. **Any day but Thursday will work!!
3. Staple the test correction form to the original test and place in the TEST CORRECTION BASKET!!
4. I will not chase you down to make test corrections, this is your responsibility and your choice.
