Why I teach…
I teach because I love to help another person understand something that formerly made no sense to them.
I love to figure out what is in their brain that gets in the way of their learning it, and I enjoy thinking about and creating experiences I can give them that will get it to “click” in their brain.

Here are the clubs I sponsor or co-sponsor:
Math club meets in E1341 on Tuesday mornings at 7:30 am. The math club is for anybody who enjoys solving math problems together with other students or individually. We will be participating in the Colorado Math League contests again this year.
SAGA club meets in E1341 after school on Tuesdays. Ms. Vos is also a co-sponsor. The SAGA club is for anybody who wants to make our school a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all students. All are welcome.
Investing club meets in E1341 after school on Thursdays. The investing club is for anybody interested in how to grow money, whether that is by investing in individual stocks, bonds, mutual funds, index funds, financial derivatives, options, real estate, certificates of deposit, or collectibles.

All students will need a TI graphing calculator. Used TI 82, 83, and 84 calculators can be purchased for as little as $20, including shipping, on Amazon or eBay now. Please let me know if you would like to borrow a calculator.
