Not enough time in your day to exercise?  All you need is 7 minutes, a wall, and a chair!  The idea behind the workout is rapid bursts of intense exercise which have comparable benefits to the traditional time-consuming programs: twelve 30-second interval exercises broken up by 10 seconds of rest.
