PE is designed to promote a lifetime of moving. Through safe, satisfying, and success-oriented activities, students will build their knowledge and skills. Students are given active choices to make inside of a wide variety of games and exercises. Throughout the semester or year, students will learn and practice how to avoid being ‘water’ and rise to the challenge of having a healthy lifestyle.
