Submit an application by filling out this form. (For current high school students.)
If you will be a freshman next year, fill out this form to apply.
Ask two teachers for recommendations. One recommendation should be completed by your Language Arts teacher, the second by a teacher of your choice.

Please submit at least one sample of academic or formal writing (essays written for any class, college application letters, etc.) by emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put your name in the title of the document.
Optional: You may submit samples of creative &/or personal writing of any kind if you wish. You may also submit samples of your creative work with photography, artwork, illustrations and/or graphic design.
For Current High School Students: Application and teacher recommendations are due on Monday, April 17, 2017.
For Incoming Freshmen: Application and teacher recommendations are due on Wednesday, April 26, 2017.

The student media & student journalism program is a vibrant and productive part of Arapahoe High School. We have a strong reputation for excellence, we are recognized as a leader in the field of scholastic journalism, and we have won numerous awards on both the state and national level. Students who become active in the student media & journalism program gain valuable skills and insights through a hands-on approach to learning and reporting on their community and the world around them. We produce quality content and publications for a real audience. Our "homework" is published for all the world to see!
