Welcome to our fourth grade classroom!
Dear Parents:

It is hard to believe that we are nearing the end, and as always, this is a bittersweet time. I know there are times during the year that you wish I could have seen your children through your eyes…today, I wish you could see them through mine…I see kindness and hope, spirit and determination, and I see promising futures for them all. Once again, thank you for sharing your children with me this year. It has been a pleasure!

Here are a few other upcoming important dates to keep in mind:
  • May 22nd ~ Guidance Class
  • May 23rd ~ Packer Play 60
  • May 29th ~ No School ~ Memorial Day
  • May 30th ~ Guidance Class
  • June 5th ~ 1/2 Day ~ Picnic/Field Day ~ Last Day
The 4th Graders singing with Mr. Peterson
PBIS celebrations occur twice per month. We will continue teaching our PBIS expectations in all parts of the building and playground this week.  Our school uses the PBIS framework to improve school climate and to create a safer and more effective school. The set of school-wide expectations that cover all areas and create a positive classroom environment are as follows:
  • Be Respectful.
  • Be Responsible.
  • Be Safe.
  • Be Kind.
Our PBIS and Guidance themes in the month of May are:

Transitions/The Future

Our hallways should be at a Zero (0) volume level
between 8:00 and 3:00 to be respectful of the children learning at any given time.
