Team 6 Tips to Keep You on the Right Track

Lockwood Middle School requires you to complete ALL assignments. ICU (Intensive Care Unit) will be assigned for all missing assignments. Absent work is your responsibility. In the case of an absence, you are to make arrangements with the individual teachers regarding due dates. (Determined to Succeed) You are responsible for copying your assignments into your planner. This will be checked periodically. (Involved in Learning)

You are responsible for doing your best work. You have the opportunity to correct your assignments. You must complete corrections within two school days from the date the assignment is returned. LATE WORK MAY NOT BE RE-DONE. (Determined to Succeed)

You are responsible to be prepared and punctual for class. You will ONLY be allowed three sign-outs for all classes combined for the week. Do not take advantage of this, as sign-outs are a privilege. (Respect for Self and Others)

You are responsible for arriving to class in a prompt manner. (Respect for Self and Others)
