Our Learning Centers, located at Nipomo Elementary School and Oceano Elementary School, re-open on January 9, 2017.
We are welcoming new and returning students to Adult
Education. Students interested in attending High School
Diploma and GED/HiSET classes must first meet with our
Principal. Please call the Adult Education office at (805)
474-3756 to schedule an appointment. Returning students
may go to either of our Learning Centers first, but must
schedule an appointment with the Principal in that same
week. There is no cost to attend.
The Learning Centers are open M-F, 8:30 am-12:30 pm
and M-Th, 5:30-8:30 pm.

CAHSEE is no longer required to earn your High School Diploma! If you think you completed all your credits with us, but did not pass CAHSEE, please call the office! We may have your diploma!

Purpose of Adult Education
In California, adult education is designed to meet the elementary and secondary educational needs of adults who are 18 years of age and older.
It provides opportunities to acquire knowledge and become proficient in using skills that will assist them in becoming more effective citizens, employees, parents, and individuals.
