Dr. Marc Anthony Mannah is an associate professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Lebanese International University.

PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering obtained from the University of Nantes - IETR in 2010. Master degree in Electrical Engineering – Power and Energy – is obtained from both Lebanese University (2006) and Polytechnic School of Nantes (2007). Between 2007 and 2010, was assigned as an instructor in the Institute of technology of Nantes. Worked in 2010 and 2011 for industrial groups (SNCF, Schlumberger and Renault) on innovative projects involving Power Systems, Power Electronics, Real Time Simulation, Smart Grids… Active researcher in different areas. 

In 2011, was assigned as assistant professor in the department of Electrical Engineering, at the Lebanese International University LIU. My tasks included teaching, curricula enhancing, graduate students supervising, research and many administrative issues. In 2017, was promoted into the rank of associate professor at LIU. 

Member in IEEE, OEA, LCEC, WEC and involved in many other societies... Certified since 2015 as Professional Energy Manager.

Dr. Marc Anthony Mannah is also active in research and has interest in many fields, mainly in: Communicating Systems over High Current, Real Time Simulation in Power Electronics Systems, Power Drive and Control, Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency. Publisher in many refereed Journals (+10), international conferences (+15), Professional development (+10) and has a couple of book chapters.
