I have the pleasure of teaching a very diverse set of classes here at Little Chute High School: biology, ecology and environmental science, and human anatomy and physiology.  Though all students are required to take Biology (either with me or Mr. Boland), both ecology and environmental science and human anatomy and physiology offer students the opportunity to further their exploration of two completely different scientific fields.  While human anatomy and physiology explores the incredibly fascinating inner-workings of your body, ecology and environmental science invites students to ponder their place in the natural world.  While both of these courses are exciting in their own rite, each offers some truly novel and unique learning experiences.  Ecology and environmental science is grounded in hands-on learning, where students participate in a variety of field trips to conduct research and learn about nature in the field, rather than from the confines of a classroom.  Human anatomy and physiology students learn through a variety of hands-on experiences as well, including numerous dissections, real-world medical diagnostic labs, and even a trip to work on real human cadavers.

If you think you may be interested in taking any of these classes, I invite you to refer to the course descriptions I've provided below.  These will give you a better idea of the content covered in each course, as well as my expectations for each class.

If any of these classes pique your interest, I truly look forward to sharing my passion for science and learning with you!
