Practice Schedule

WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK
(September 18th
 to September 23rd)
Monday:  Harrier Hi-Lites for St. Francis meet in Coach Woyna's room followed by Gravity Constant (50 meters each), Strength Training,(Trap Bar Deadlifts, Kettle Swings, and Kettle Step Ups (25 each leg); and Freelap Hills (10 X 40)
Tuesday:   Gravity Constant followed by Interval Pace 1200's at Community Park South
Wednesday: Lactate Threshold Continuous   at Herrick Lake 1 X 20 minute run (bus leaves after school)
Thursday: AM Workout at the track 1 X 3 minute ASR (distance covered in 3 minutes)
Friday: Restoration Day (no sessions)
Saturday:  HARVEST CHRISTIAN INVITE (bus leaves at 6:30 AM)
