100% Merlot producing very characteristic wines with a high aromatic power.  The grapes are harvested when just ripe, destemmed, crushed and fermented for 6 to 12 days, then the wine is racked, filtered and bottled. Color: very intense ruby red.   Nose: red fruit, blackcurrants, cherries, raspberry jam.  Palate: velvet tannins and a fine long taste.  Recommendations: a red wine that can be served with white meat, poultry, grilled meat, salads and a variety of cheeses








Grenache is the main grape variety found in the Rhone valley, but also in AOC wines produced in Languedoc-Roussillon.  It is a grape well adapted to the hot and dry climate of South France.  The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity, de-stemmed, crushed and left to ferment for 6 to 12 days.  the must is reguarly pumped over to release the color of the skins.  Color: clear, of medium intensity, garnet red, with hints of purple.  Nose: intense aromas of berries and red fruit, such as cherries, blackcurrant and raspberries.  Palate: a pleasant, rich and very round wine with lasting aromas and a good length.  Recommendations: this red wine may be served with cured meats, salads and cheeses.  However, it will be enjoyed even more on its own or with desserts.
