Have you moved recently?  Please inform the office of any changes to your child's emergency card.

Kindergarten Registration 2016-17 is open to any child born from August 1, 2010 to July 31, 2011.  Please bring the following documents when you come to register.
  • Student Health Record (Form 14) - includes a physical exam, tuberculin clearance, and immunization card.
  •  Proof of Birth - a state issued birth certificate or passport (if you were born in a foreign country.
  • Proof of Home Address - a rental agreement/receipt, a current driver's licence, a state ID card, or a utility bill.
If you move out of our area, you should enroll you should enroll at the school in your area.  You may apply for a Geographic Exception during January - March.  Please share this information with your friends and neighbors, whose children will be eligible to attend Kindergarten.

Likelike Elementary School Polices and Procedures

Start / Dismissal Times:
School begins at 8:00 am and the tardy bell will ring at 8:05 am. All students who are tardy need to report to the office for a tardy slip. This procedure is to make sure that all students are accounted for at school.
School ends at 2:15 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 1:00 pm on Wednesdays.
Attendance:
The Hawaii Revised statutes, Sec. 302A-1131, Public Schools;  Attendance, Act 76 of 2014, requires a child who is 5 yrs. of age by July 31 and not yet eighteen on or before December 31, of any school year, to attend either a public or private school unless properly excused from school. more...
