About Me

I am incredibly excited to be your child's first grade teacher this year! This will be my fourth year teaching at LFCS and I couldn't be more excited about it!
I am a San Diego native, which is quite a rarity these days. I love my city of San Diego and all of the culture it houses. I received my Masters degree in Education from San Diego State University, as well as my Bachelors and Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. GO AZTECS! I'm a big Padres and LA Kings fan. I have an insatiable sweet tooth and on my off time, I love to experiment with desserts and pastries of all sorts! I also enjoy exploring new cuisines and eateries throughout this great city. It's also worth noting that I love animals, especially dogs. My four legged friend, Emma, is a seven year old coyote/shepherd mix. I have lots of fun playing with her while enjoying the San Diego weather and atmosphere.
It is my goal to expose my students to new new things and broaden their horizon by taking them to places and on journeys that they've never been before. I hope that my passion and zeal for life is contagious and transferable to my students. It's all about keeping learning fun and fresh!
