Unit 2 Test: November 16Our unit 2 test on Linear Relationships is fast approaching! This unit test will cover writing linear equations from a graph, from a table, and from two points. You will need to know how to find the slope and the y-intercept in order to write the equation. You will also need to know how to graph linear equations, and how to write equations from linear models, as well as interpret the meaning from those models. Lastly, you will need to be able to convert between slope-intercept and standard form equations. Good luck!

Veteran's Day BreakfastHello, parents! On November 9 (Thursday), we will be holding a special Veteran's Day breakfast to honor those who have served in our armed forces. Clusters 1 and 2 are asked to bring in juices of all varieties on that morning. Thank you!

Unit 1 Test: October 4Our first unit test is coming up next Wednesday on October 4. This test will cover everything that we have gone over in the first six weeks of school, including simplifying expressions (using the distributive property, combining like terms), solving equations (including those with no solution and infinite solutions), determining if relationships are linear, nonlinear, or approximately linear, and finding the domain and range of relations, as well as determining if a relation is a function. Basically, if it was on a quiz, it will be on a test! :)
