I am sorry we were not able to meet today for Leadership Thursday due to the MAST today.  Below is a pdf about setting goals.  Please download the document and answer the questions.  This directly relates to what we were talking about last week.  I will see you next week.

What is your Why?

I feel like this video is probably the best starting point for us and probably the most important thing for us to be successful.

Follow up questions:

1. What is your Why?

2.  What is the Chapin Bands Why?

3.  Why is it so important for us to demonstrate our "Why" to our band members?

4.  How will new members know what the Chapin Bands Why is?

5.  How does this apply to other areas of your life?

6.  Map out the following
    1. Why
    2. How
    3. What
