**Remember students do not have to spell the words for the test.  They have to know how to use each word in a sentence.

Science-Minerals and Rocks (Igneous, Metamorphic, Sedimentary) and Types of Soil 


Thanks for all those that sent in Playdough!  We look forward to making Sedimentary Rocks this week! Be sure to ask your child about Igneous, Metamorphic, and Sedimentary Rocks.

 

Soil Samples Needed:  Please send a sample of dry soil from your yard.  Only a SMALL handful is needed in a ziplock bag.  We will compare the soil in your yard to the four types of soil:  Humas, Sand, Silt, and Clay
