PRMS L.E.A.D.S. Program

The L.E.A.D.S. Program is designed for students who display a strong interest in building 21st century leadership skills for the application and analysis of science, technology, engineering, and math, to include use of creative arts and the design process.

L.E.A.D.S. serves students with personal characteristics including thirst for knowledge, persistence, an eagerness to explore new areas of scientific information and a willingness to engage in minds-on activities related to STEM education.

School Hours

School Year Hours
8:00 First Bell
8:10 Tardy Bell
3:25 End of Day Dismissal

Due to the safety and security of our students, there will be no early dismissals after 3:00 without administrative approval.  We cannot guarantee phone messages taken over the phone will reach your student.

Parents must write a note if a child's transportation is different than normal and have the child take it to the office.  Car pick up is only in front of the school between the sidewalk black poles.

We hope that you understand that these procedures are necessary for PRMS to operate safely and efficiently. Please contact the school if you have any questions or concerns at 755-7400.

End of Course Exams for Algebra I and English I
The Educational Accountability Act of 1998 required the development of end-of-course examinations in Algebra I and English I. The State developed examinations count
for 20 percent of the students’ final grade in each course.
See the EOCEP Standards Letter that students received at the beginning of the year in these courses at the bottom of the page in both English and Spanish versions.  The state standards are linked on the Lexington Two Instruction web page.

GOLD Rush Fundraiser Week
Our annual GOLD Rush fundraiser is in full swing. Everyone is welcome on Thursday, October 27th from 4:30-6:30, when we have scary fun for older kids in the Haunted Band Room and treats for younger children on Trick or Treat Lane.
This annual fundraiser helps us to pay for all of our PBIS activities during the year including our monthly GOLD reward events and other rewards students earn as a result of our PBIS system. By concentrating our fundraising into one week  we can spend less time with smaller fundraisers scattered throughout the year. All proceeds are then used for the PBIS GOLD activites.

GOLD Rush Fast Pass
Buy your child the Fast Pass for instant access to all of our GOLD Rush week activities and more activities throughout the year. You save money all year using this one time ticket. The cost is $25 but it is worth $36 this week alone, and saves you more as the year goes on.

November 11th Veteran's Day announcement
Veteran's Day, November 11th, will be a regular school day in order to makeup for missed days during the hurricane in early October.
