Community request of school facilities (non-employee)

Click on the  Community User  link and follow the instructions in the upper right hand corner. Once you become a community user, you may apply to use our facilities. There are instruction documents and a video linked below to help you use the community user calendar.

You will receive an email from SchoolDude when your event has been approved and activated. Please do not opt out of email notifications or you will not get our messages.

When space is available, individuals and community members may apply to reserve District facilities. The requested times may not interfere with the Le Roy Central School District instructional programs, student athletics, or activities and school-related groups.

Registration Process

Before you can reserve a facility, you must register your organization.

To register:

  • Go to Facility Use Calendar.
  • In the upper right corner, click on "Log in to Request Facility Use."
  • Click on Create an Account.
  • Read and agree to abide by terms and conditions.
  • Fill out contact information including name, email address, phone number, address and a password. All passwords must contain at least six characters and can be made up of any combination of letter, numbers, and/or symbols. Passwords are not required to include any capital letters and are not case sensitive.
  • Click Save & Next.
  • Provide organization information including name, address and type of organization. 
  • Click Save & Next.
  • Submit Request.

Requests will go in for review. 

Submitting a request does not grant approval.

You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been approved. Your request will not be approved until the district has a current Certificate of Insurance on file from your organization. 

FORMAL APPROVAL OF FACILITIES USE IS CONTINGENT UPON SUBMISSION OF APPROPRIATE INSURANCE FORMS (MINIMUM $500,000 PER OCCURRENCE/$1,000,000 AGGREGATE)

If you're an employee who is a registered user:

Go to the Facilities Request Page and login

You can use the calendar tab to view calendars for various areas in the district and also to filter locations.

Once you've determined the area you wish to request is tentatively available, click on the "New Schedule" tab and follow the directions on the page.

Requests will go in for review.

You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been approved. 

If you want to check your past requests, go to the Schedule Request tab then click on one of the scheduling choices. From there, it will give you a choice to go to the view your previous requests.
