About Dan DeWalt

Dan DeWalt is a fourth generation cabinetmaker who has a shop in South Newfane Vermont. He specializes in furniture design/construction and fine antique restoration. He also works as a musician, playing piano, trombone and steel pan. He is also actively engaged in promoting citizen activism and advocating adherence to the Constitution in America.
 
Hand Woodworking/Traditional Fine Woodworking teaches students how to use hand tools to do joinery and build furniture. The primary joinery techniques used are dovetails and mortice and tenon joints.
