"The Legacy Voice" Quarterly Newsletter

The Legacy Voice is the official newsletter of the Legacy Ratepayers' Association (LCRA). The Legacy Voice features news and information of specific interest to Legacy residents. The LCRA is a non profit organization. All funds generated from the sale of advertising are generated to cover the printing costs with any surplus going to funding the associations' local activities.

Advertising Copy Notes
The Legacy Voice is created in Quark XPress and is digitally printed on a 600 dpi or higher laser printer or offset press.

All ads must supplied as a digital Quark, EPS, or high resolution PDF file. Files are to be supplied with all images and fonts embedded. If ad copy needs to be created or modified, additional charges will apply.

Please note that all sizes are for placement only and may vary when printed due to variations in the print process.

Payment Terms
Payment must accompany all ad placements. Payment for multiple issues is due in full at time of order. No payments terms based on publication date.

Advertising Terms and Conditions
That all advertising be subject to the approval of the Publication Board and adhere to the applicable Editorial Policies as listed above, and generally accepted community standards.
Colour insertions are accepted and run on the condition that additional colour ads may be required from other advertisers to offset the cost of printing. If no additional advertisers are found for that issue then the advertiser agrees that his advertisement will be run in black and white and will be charged at the appropriate rate.
All advertising rates are for final electronic artwork. Any costs incurred to create or modify the ad copy will be the sole responsibility of the advertiser.
Accuracy of all advertising copy is the sole responsibility of the advertiser. Up to two sets of proofs are available by way of email or fax only if we prepare the ad on the advertiser’s behalf. There are no make goods due to advertising errors.
Guaranteed position placements are available on selected pages for any ads 1/4 page or larger and are subject to a 10% surcharge.
