  • Spring Fling Update
    Save the Date:
Legacy Academy's Spring Fling Boot Scootin' BBQ
    Saturday, April 18 from 5:00-10:00pm
    Elbert County Fairgrounds Ag building.

You are invited to our fundraising auction dinner!  The Boot Scootin' BBQ is an adult only event featuring a catered BBQ dinner, live DJ, and professional auctioneer team for our raffles, silent, and live auctions.

For the past four years, Legacy's annual Spring Fling fundraiser has helped fund many needs throughout the school.  Last year we used the proceeds to purchase a state of the art security system.  This year proceeds will go towards improving the parking lot.  The extent of the improvements depends on how much we raise, so let's dream big and get to work!

Tickets go on sale March 2- more info to follow.

Please check our website for up to date information and donation/ volunteer needs.

  • March Email Update

We have our testing window coming up next week and we ask that children get to bed early, eat a great healthy breakfast, and are on time. This month our core virtue is perseverance. Remember, the lunch program now sells ice cream for $1.00 cash on Fridays.

Teaching Reaction Times with Minecraft

Minecraft Club has come to Legacy Academy.  We are happy to join the many great schools around the world that are using this powerful creative tool to teach a wide variety of topics.  We hope that we will be able to create a fun after school club where students have time to explore and create new worlds, work together, discover science concepts and learn powerful computer skills.  It is a really great time!
