I am excited to be starting my 13th year at Lebanon High School. More than ever, I believe in all our students' ability to accomplish great things; it's my privilege to be in the classroom with them daily while they acquire new understandings and explore their future.

I teach four sections of AP English Language and Composition (APLAC) These AP classes are dual credit/College Now classes.  I also facilitate an Advanced Support class (grades 10-12).

I have been teaching secondary Language Arts and Social Science courses with various assignments in grades 9-12 over 18 years. I have six years of experience teaching English Language Development, and continue to advocate for students who are non-native speakers of English.

E-mail is my preferred mode of communication: maureen.twomey@lebanon.k12.or.us   I regularly check email before and after school weekdays. I cannot guarantee an immediate response to emails received after 3:30 on Friday or during the weekend, but definitely by Monday.

The best time to reach me by phone is between 2:00-2:45 (except on early release Wednesdays): (541) 451-8555,  x 1135.

I am available to give extra help to students by appointment before and after school. Students should contact me so we can verify and set  a time when we are both available.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!

Thank you for your support. I look forward to a great year with your students!
