High School Photography
An opportunity to explore your creative side; to delve into history; to view the world through a lens; to create, push the limits, and express yourself in a new way.  You will be required to read, write, take photographs, edit, critique, and think in this class.  You will be expected to share, collaborate, and respect others and their work.  You are responsible for communication with your teacher as well as your classmates.

This class meets the Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) graduation requirement for a high school diploma as well as the "f" UC/CP requirement.
Here we are in Bryce, Utah.  The hoodoos were amazing to see, touch, and hike through.

Meet Mrs. Granger...

Who am I? I have been a teacher at The Learning Choice Academy since we started in 2004.  I have been in the teaching profession since 2000-yes-I have been teaching longer than some of you have been alive!

I love to travel and go on adventures with my family.  This last summer we spent two weeks in Utah-we hit three National Parks and two state parks, all in a tent with afternoon summer monsoons.  It was an unforgettable trip!  I also love to cook for my family, garden, and I am a huge DIYer.

My hubby is Jason.  He's a great guy who spends any of his free time in the ocean surfing or fishing.  He's a great daddy to our two boys.  Tyler is our nine year old.  He is an awesome kid who loves to swim, build with Lego bricks, and read.  Nathan is my six year old who loves to run.  He is my little love bug.

I'm excited to teach photography this year.  Here's to the new school year!
