Read on for more details about Born to Run!

Born to Run is a school fitness program open to ALL RBMS students (6th, 7th, and 8th graders) that promotes physical fitness through fun group runs around the RBMS campus and area neighborhoods. Students are training to become better athletes, stay physically fit, and learn lifelong habits for good health! The 2016-2017 school year marks the tenth year of Born to Run at RBMS.

A physical is not required, but interested students MUST have permission forms submitted to Mrs. Mossman before they may practice. You can download the information/expectations packet and permission form below or pick up a paper copy outside room B212.

Student participants in Born to Run need to attend scheduled practices on MONDAYS after school (4:15-5:00pm). Students must have a ride home secured in advance.

Again this year, there will be two 'seasons' of BTR. Attendance will be taken at each practice.
