Hello and welcome! This is my seventh year teaching at Vandegrift and ninth year teaching science. I am very excited to continue my career at an incredible school with fantastic students and staff. A little about myself: I graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Biology. Choosing a major was easy for me. Since I was a little girl, I have had a passion for the sciences, especially Biology. I continue my enthusiasm for science and nature through teaching and by frequently hiking at the Greenbelt, Bull Creek, and Riverplace. In my spare time, I also love to try new cuisines and cook whatever Food Network can teach me not to burn. Thanks for stopping by the site and contact me if any questions arise.
