Submitting a ticket via service manager is the most efficient way to request tech support.
Tickets are immediately assigned to campus based tech support staff via an automated process.
Requests sent via email require a person reading the email, creating a ticket and then assigning it properly.
It can be up to 48 hours during peak times before email requests are processed.
