Supporting teachers & students in the Health & Nutrition Education aspect of the Quebec Education Program. This website is to provide the Lester B. Pearson Schoold Board teachers resources, tools and material to help them teach healthy lifestyle.

Our role is to support school staff towards achieving Direction 2 of LBPSB 2015-2020 Strategic Plan “Ensuring Wellness”.

Objectives A and B indicate:

· To strengthen healthy lifestyles and positive mental health.

· To encourage learners to adopt a healthy and physically active lifestyle.

 Did you know? Provigo Le Marché from Kirkland, Vaudreuil and Pierrefonds are offering Free Nutrition field trip program. The goal of the program is teaching nutrition skills, how to make healthy food choices and reinforcing Canada's food guide and the 4 food groups.
