Learn the art of self defense in its simplest form; develop mind and body coordination and physical fitness using Filipino Martial Arts. We will teach you different types of Filipino martial arts which includes arnis, escrima, and kali.  You'll learn how to attack and defend yourself using sticks and with your own hands.  Classes are free. Come try a class. 

Classes meet on Fridays at 12 noon in bldg 76 and evening classes are in bldg 72.  To be notified of future meetings, please complete this form.
