Announcements

Student-Led Conference Signups:

Last week, you should have received a sign-up link from your child’s advisory teacher.  If you have not received the link, please let your child’s advisor know so that a student-led conference can be scheduled.  Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, January 25th and Friday, January 26th.

Musical Update:  Wizard of Oz!

It has been a great week of auditions!  We are so proud of all of the students who tried out for the musical and all the hard work they put into preparing for them.  Students received an audition number that will correspond to their casting and call backs.  If any students lose their number they can ask or email Mrs. Olmstead.  A small number of students will be called back for additional scene work and singing on Monday, January 22nd from 3:45-6:00 pm.  The cast list will be posted on the musical website on Saturday, January 28th by 12pm.  There will be an all cast parent and cast meeting on Tuesday, January 30th at 7pm.  Any additional questions?  Please contact Adrienne Olmstead at aolmstead@lb65.org.  Information on all crews are available on the call board in the STEAM lab and on the musical website.

PARCC Testing:

The PARCC testing window is April 4 - April 13, 2018.   As it is important to have all of our students present at school during this time, please plan to have your child(ren) at school on these dates. There is PLENTY of time between now and the PARCC Assessment so don’t get too worried.  If you have questions in the meantime, please feel free to let me know.
