Welcome to my class website!  In case you were curious and wanted to know a bit about me, here is some information. I grew up an Army brat. My dad was in the army for 12 years. I lived in Kentucky for 8 years and was fortunate enough to live 3 years in Germany. I went to high school in Excelsior Springs once my dad got out of the military. I graduated from NWMSU (Go Bearcats). Currently this is my thirteenth year in Lawson. Previously I taught six years in Carrollton. I have three amazing boys. Brayden is a senior , Ben is in seventh grade. Boston is 4 and gets to attend Cardinal's Nest  again this year. This is my tenth year teaching 3rd grade. The previous 10 years I taught special education K-12. Third grade is such an exciting year. We do many fun, exciting, and challenging things in 3rd Grade. I'm grateful that I get to spend the year with your children.
