Whitewater River

Whitewater River, mostly in Indiana, is about 70 miles in length. It is one of the swiftest rivers in the state with an average fall of six feet per mile. The river in southern Randolph and Wayne counties and flows in two main branches about 10 miles apart as they flow southward before joining at Brookville in Franklin County. From there, the river flows southeasterly into Hamilton County, Ohio, where it empties into the Great Miami River near its mouth at the Ohio River.
