Wetherington is an up-scale residential subdivision in West Chester Twp., located between I-75 on the east, Cincinnati-Dayton Road on the northwest and Tylersville Road on the south. Gated entrances are to Wetherington Boulevard from Tylersville Road and via Eagle's Wing Drive from Cincinnati-Dayton Road.

Wetherington, built by Great Traditions Land & Development Co., was the site of the 1992 Homerama. In the 2000 census, the subdivision ranked as the wealthiest community the Greater Cincinnati three-state area with a median household income of $161,448. In 2003, there were 305 homes and 79 condominiums housing about 1,000 people. Single-family homes range from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet; condominiums from2,200 to 3,500 square feet. Amenities include a 27,000 square foot clubhouse with 18-hole golf course, tennis, swimming and 3.5-mile hiking/biking trail.
