Hershey's Mill was in St. Clair Township on Four Mile Creek between the mouths of Cotton Run and Seven Mile Creek. It was operated by Joseph Hershey. Mrs. Heiser said "its mile-long race drew water from Seven Mile Creek and emptied into Four Mile Creek." In about 1840 Andrew Flenner built a mill at the same site. In 1855 it was owned by Jonas Wehr.
